Abstract
Heslo v odborné encyklopedii o patentu z 25. října 1804, který zavedl tabule s názvy obcí a příslušnosti ke kraji a číslování domů. Sčítání poté každoročně prováděly vojenské a civilní úřady. Patent zavedl podrobnější formuláře, z nichž vznikaly tzv. populační listy, které udávaly pohyb a růst obyvatelstva.
Abstract (in English)
An entry in an expert encyclopedia about a patent issued on October 25th 1804 that introduced town signs, towns being a part of regions, and numbering of houses. Military and civil authorities carried out the census annually. The patent introduced more detailed forms from which the so-called population lists were created. These monitored the growth and movement of the population.
