Důležitým faktorem v procesu investice je pro investora včasné získání povolení k zahájení stavby. Někdy jsou příčinou zdržení nepřející sousedi, někdy neschopní úředníci. V mnoha případech je však chyba na straně investora. Těmto chybám se lze vyhnout optimalizací postupu v průběhu povolovacího procesu. Investor musí mít k dispozici osoby, které jsou takového postupu schopni. Takové osoby musí mít výborné znalosti stavebního zákona a manažerské schopnosti. Musí umět aplikovat zjištěné informace, své schopnosti a znalosti na konkrétní případ. Cílem je získat potřebná povolení v co nejkratším čase s přihlédnutím k ekonomickým dopadům na investici.

An important factor in the process of investment is for the investor the timeouts acquirement of the permission to start construction. Sometimes the cause of delay is the mean neighbors, sometimes incompetent officials. In many cases, however, the error is on the part of the investor. These errors can be avoided by optimizing the procedure during the authorization process. Investor must have in disposition persons who are capable of such procedure. Such persons must have excellent knowledge of construction law and management skills. They must be able to apply the identified information, their skills and knowledge in the particular case. The aim is to obtain the necessary permits in the shortest possible time, taking into account the economic impact of the investment.
