Heslo v odborné encyklopedii o mezinárodním kongresu evropských zemí, který se sešel ve Vídni k řešení hlavních otázek evropské politiky po ukončení napoleonských válek. Německou otázku vyřešilo založení Německého spolku, který zajistil Rakousku a Prusku (tzv. dualismus) dominantní postavení ve střední Evropě, umožnil jim potlačovat nacionalistické a liberální tendence a bránil vytvoření národního německého státu.
In English
An entry in an expert encyclopedia about an international congress of European countries that took place in Vienna in order to solve main questions of European politics after the end of the Napoleonic Wars. The German question was solven by founding the German Confederation, which provided Austria and Prussia (the so-called dualism) the dominant position in Central Europe. It also enabled them to suppress nationalistic and liberal tendencies, and prevented the creation of a German national state.
