Abstract

In the original language

In English

An entry in an expert encyclopedia about a treaty that analyses the dispute over the Duchy of Carinthia’s succession. The first dispute was between the Czech king Ottokar II of Bohemia (1233-1278) and Philip of Sponheim († 1279) in 1269-1279. The dispute continued in 1335-1341, this time between the House of Habsburg, the House of Wittelsbach and the House of Luxembourg.
