The contribution is focused on features and functionality that program Autodesk Inventor can provide to the user with the emphasis on link between study and practice. Modules of this program can be used in all phases of design and technological process that means from modelling in 3D space through creation of assembly and relevant drawing documentacion to the strength and dynamic analysis of proposed components and mechanisms.

Příspěvek je zaměřen na vlastnosti a funkce, které Program Autodesk Inventor může poskytnout uživateli s důrazem na vazby mezi studiem a praxí. Moduly tohoto programu mohou být využity ve všech fázích návrhu a technologického procesu, který znamená, od modelování ve 3D prostoru prostřednictvím tvorby shromažďování a příslušného výkresu documentacion k síle a dynamickou analýzu navrhovaných komponentů a mechanismů.
