In this article was analyzed personnel policy and strategy selected production company, including personal mission and vision. For analysis purposes of personnel policy and strategy was used method of data collection with using information from the collective agreement of a company and method of an interview with the personnel director. The aim of this overview was the design of complex decisions about long-term goals of personnel work within complex and partial personnel actions constituting the personnel policy and the proposed means of achieving personnel strategy.

Tento článek analyzoval personální politiku a personální strategii ve vybranné korporátní společnosti. Pro účely personální politiky a personální strategie byla použila metoda sběru dat,dostupných informací z kolektivní smlouvy a rozhovoru s personálním ředitelem. Cílem příspěvku bylo vytvořit návrh komplexních rozhodnutí v rámci personální politiky a personální strategie dílčích personálních činností.
