The paper deals with the utilization of statistical support tools in the Civil Engineering. The paper describes and explains the basics of statistical analysis, including the possibility of using appropriate software. One of professional tools for statistical analysis is software IBM SPSS Statistics. The possibilities of statistical analysis are then presented at the showcase of the energy performance of buildings.

Příspěvek se zabývá využitím statistických nástrojů ve stavební praxi. Příspěvek popisuje a definuje základy statistické analýzy, včetně využití vhodného statistického editoru. Jeden z profesionálních nástrojů pro statistickou editorů je IBM SPSS Statistics. Možnosti statistické analýzy jsou prezentovány na analýze výběrového souboru zabývající se energetickou náročností budov.
