Abstract
Every business is surrounded by stakeholders who expect the company itself certain benefits. Each assumes other benefits. Owners want to dividends, interest on the creditors of free capital, company employees stable employment, for they get regular and adequate wages, the state and municipalities are waiting revenue in the form of taxes paid. Establishment their stakeholders meet their needs and wishes. It is thus logical that the company, or rather its individual stakeholder groups created through their needs and seeking to satisfy their main raison d'être of the company. Meeting the needs and wishes of stakeholders is known as mission (mission) of the company. The general reason should the owners (in some cases, managers) to clarify the vision that lies in determining the facts, where the company wants in the long off-season to be specifically defined. The article offers an unusual grasp of standard tools, such as SMART, SWOT analysis, and Gantt charts for business management.
Abstract (in Czech)
Okolo každé společnosti jsou stakeholdeři, kteří očekávají různé benefity. Každá skupina stakeholderů přitom očekává jiné benefit. Vlastníci chtějí dividendy, věřitelé úroky, zaměstnanci stabilní práci s dobrou mzdou, stát daně apod. Společnost se přitom snaží uspokojit jednotlivé zájmové skupiny, přičemž nejdůležitější zájmy jsou zájmy vlastníků. Potřeby a přání vlastníků tak stanovují misi společnosti. Tito vlastníci stejně tak stanovují, kde by společnost měla být za několik let, tedy vizi společnosti. Článek ukazuje neobvyklé užití standardních metod jako je SMART, SWOT analýza a Ganttův diagram při řízení podniku.
