The aim of the article is to show the possibility of saving the quality of internal communication system of the logistics on a model example. Internal communication system is analyzed not only in terms of a hierarchical structure, but within the process approach is essential to focus on the continuity of ongoing processes within the logistics company. This paper focuses on a method for identifying critical points. These critical points are intended to reduce the functionality of the internal communication system and its eventual collapse. By using the advantages of an internal communication audit we can support the transfer of information maintenance of an information system within the logistics process. The article provides a new perspective to the analysis of communication flows in a logistics company.

Cílem článku je prezentovat možnost hodnocení a udržování kvality vnitřního komunikační systému v prostředí logistických společností na modelovém příkladu. Interní komunikace je analyzována nejen z hlediska hierarchické struktury, ale v rámci procesního přístupu, zohledňuje kontinuitu probíhajících procesů v rámci logistické společnosti. Tento dokument se zaměřuje na způsob identifikace kritických bodů, které snižují funkčnost vnitřního komunikačního systému a můžou vést k jeho kolapsu. Díky využití výhod interního komunikačního auditu můžeme podpořit přenos klíčových informací v rámci logistického procesu. Příspěvek poskytuje nový pohled na analýzu komunikačních toků v logistice.
