Analýza stakeholderů je v současné době považována za důležitou součást řízení všech institucí. Pro všechny organizace je v současnosti důležité detailně analyzovat všechny jednotlivce, či skupiny, které mohou ovlivnit, nebo jsou ovlivněny činnostmi organizace. Tento článek se zabývá detailní analýzou a identifikací stakeholderů v bankovním sektoru. V první části tohoto článku je obecně definován pojem stakeholder a základy přístupu k stakeholder managementu. Druhá část je zaměřena na výsledky pilotního výzkumu autorky, který se týká stakeholderů v bankovním sektoru. Analýza stakeholderů je provedena na základě Stakeholder Circle Methodology. Důraz je kladen na identifikaci a prioritizaci stakeholderů bankovních institucí. Hlavním cílem tohoto článku je ověření možnosti použití analýzy stakeholderů a Stakeholder Circle Methodology v bankovním sektoru a detailní identifikace a prioritizace klíčových skupin stakeholderů bankovních institucí.

Stakeholder analysis is nowadays considered as an important part of management of all institutions. For all organisations it is necessary to analysed in detail all individuals or groups that can affect or are affected by the organisations' activities. This article deals with the detailed stakeholder analysis and identification in the bank sector. In the first part of this article there are generally defined stakeholders and the basis of stakeholder approach. The second part focuses on results of the author's pilot research of stakeholders in bank sector. The analysis of stakeholders is carried out on the basis of Stakeholder Circle Methodology. The emphasis is on the identification and prioritisation of key stakeholders of bank institutions. The main objective of this article is verification of application possibilities of the stakeholder analysis and the Stakeholder Circle Methodology in the bank sector and detail identification and prioritisation of key stakeholder groups of bank institutions.
