This article aims to analyze an alternative way of financing through factoring. Factoring, as an alternative source of financing in the Czech Republic, is not much used and this is due to the fact that businesses are not aware of the method of financing. This article includes both a general level of factoring, which explains the concept of factoring, and also factoring examples which are supported by examples from practice. This article deals with the general course of factoring and it points out the aspects of the factoring division. There are examples of factoring and its division. There is a factoring division in the Czech Republic as well as a factoring division in the foreign trade. This article shows a factoring course during the last seven years; it is determined by the volume of factoring in individual years.

Cílem tohoto článku je nastínit alternativní způsob financování pomocí faktoringu. Faktoring, jako alternativní zdroj financování není v České republice tolik využíván a tato skutečnost je dána i tím, že podnikatelské subjekty o daném způsobu financování nemají dostatečně velké povědomí. V tomto článku je zahrnuta, jak obecná rovina faktoringu, kde je vysvětlen pojem faktoring, tak příklady faktoringu, které jsou inspirovány příklady z praxe. Tento článek článku se zabývá obecně průběhem faktoringu a poukazuje na to, podle jakých hledisek se faktoring člení. V článku jsou uvedeny příklady na faktoring a je zde faktoring členěn, jak na faktoring v České republice, tak na faktoring v zahraničním obchodě. V tomto článku je uveden průběh faktoringu za posledních 7 let, který je dán objemem faktoringu v jednotlivých letech.
