Investigations were carried out in lighter acid Cambisols with poor nutrient reserve in the Šumava area under permanent grasslands at two altitudes of 660 m and 1 150 m a.s.l. in these treatments of grassland use: grazing (1-3x), mowing (1-3x), mulching, combination of mulching and mowing (1x), mulching and grazing (1x) and fallow treatment was also included. Other treatments were 2x and 3x mowing or grazing, with the application of 100 kg N + PK (N – nitrogen, P – phosphorus, K – potassium). ER -
