In the first part we specify the definition of a standard model of the dynamics of the state of the stock with even storage removal under certainty, from which we derive conclusions that are further extended and generalized in conditions of uncertainty. In detail, we first describe theoretically the model of the discrete case by means of which we build the optimization algorithm, which we then apply to the illustrative practical case study dealing with optimization problem under conditions of uncertainty.
