Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou přípravy a řízení stavebního díla. Důraz je kladen na rozdělení jednotlivých fází výstavby a její účastníky v návaznosti na legislativní rámec. Součástí je i optimalizace nasazení stavebních strojů podílejících se na samotné realizaci stavebních prací, včetně jejich údržby a oprav.

This topic is dealing with the preparation and proceedings of the constructing work. It is focused on division of each single part of the construction and its participants in order to be in accordance with the legislation. The constituent part is an optimalization of the using of the constructing machines taking part in the realization of the works, including their maintenance and repair.
