Příspěvek se pokusí na základě vybrané literatury nabídnout možné pohledy a chápání dynamiky velkých skupin. Sleduje pojem intimity skupiny a vyvozuje otázky pro praktickou výuku a současně nabízí i podněty pro vlastní pedagogickou praxi.

This paper tries to provide insights and understanding of the dynamics of large groups on basis of selected literature. The aim is to find some impulses for English classes. The author follows the concept of group intimacy and raises questions for a practical training and also offers suggestions for a teaching practice.
