The article analyses Czech language usage in three novels of Libuše Moníková. It shows the methods how the author deals with Czech language in her german texts. The article deals with occurance and function of Czech vocabulary, phraseology and idiomatics. Special attention is fixed on inventivness in word-formation of the author.
