The science whose one of the objects is education is called pedagogy. Education in collaboration with other scientific disciplines seeks to clarify the phenomena and processes of education , the educational impact of teachers and parents in educational and social reality . If we consider the combination of multiple criteria and aspects such as age , content, needs of practice , pedagogy , etc. then the pedagogy can be divided into the basic disciplines, applied disciplines and border disciplines . General Methodology belongs to basic educational disciplines. In connection with the development of the information society is there is necessity and requirement for information literacy of the contemporary man and the building of his basic information competences : information knowledge , skills , habits, and attitudes. First, it is necessary to ensure that the information education has become an integral and integrated part of teachers’ training at all levels. The research was performed at four secondary schools in Slovak Republic ( Trnava region and in the Bratislava region ) , attended by 297 respondents , and the results showed that the didactic technique is used by teachers at English classes .
