Ve svém článku se budeme snažit na konkrétním příkladu ukázat vývoj změn výpočtu mezd za posledních deset let v České Republice. Ukázat postup při výpočtu mezd a porovnat tuto situaci s vybranými evropskými zeměmi. Zjišťujeme, že v Česku se takřka každoročně tyto postupy výpočtu mění. Naopak ve výpočtu vybraných evropských zemích je v této oblasti situace nestabilní. Nesnažíme se poukazovat na nedostatky, ale nekoncepčnost v postupech těchto výpočtů.

In the article, we will try to show the development of a specific example of calculating changes in wagnes over the last ten years in the Czech Republic. Show how to calculate wages and to compare this situation with the selected European countries. We find that in the Ctech Republic almost every year these procedures calculation changes. By contrast, in selected European countries in this field situation in stable. We’re not trying to point out the flaws, but non-conceptual in the process of these calculations.
