Příspěvek popisuje stavebně konstrukční úpravy původního bytového domu pro jeho navrhovanou přestavbu a nástavbu. Za tímto účelem byly provedeny sanační práce na svislých i vodorovných konstrukcích, současně byly provedeny i sanace základových konstrukcí, neboť navrhovaná stavební úprava spočívala v třípodlažní nástavbě nad původně třípodlažní objekt se suterénem.

This article describes the design in the original construction of a residential building for the proposed redevelopment and superstructure. For this purpose, conducted remediation work on the vertical and horizontal structures, were performed simultaneously and sanitation foundation structures, because the proposed building treatment consisted of a three-storey superstructure over this three-storey building with a basement.
