Tento příspěvek poukazuje na změny, které přináší Nařízení EP a rady EU č. 305/2011 a které nastanou od 1.7.2013 v souvislosti s platností některých bodů Nařízení EP a rady EU č. 305/2011. V úvodu přibližuje současnou situaci a pokračuje s popisem změn, které se dotýkají výrobců, dovozců a distributorů výrobků.

This post highlights the changes brought about by the EP and Council Regulation EC No 305/2011 and which occur from July 1, 2013 in connection with the validity of some points of the Regulation EU No. 305/2011.
