This is a short paper on a course entitled Women in Business. The main idea was to create a university course for male and female students to open up new ways of thinking and study in this newly created field. The first part goes into how this idea came about. The second part speaks about Women in Business Conference. The third part talks with the actual course itself and how it went.

Jedná se o krátký příspěvěk o kurzu s názvem Ženy v podnikání. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvořit univerzitní kurz pro studenty a studentky, nové způsoby myšlení a studie v této nově vytvořené oblasti. První část se zabývá tím, jak tato myšlenka vznikla. Druhá část pojednává o ženách v podnikatelské konference. Třetí část je věnována samotnému průběhu vlastního kurzu.
