Posuzované tři spadlé balkony jsou situovány na západní fasádě bytového domu D. Bytový dům D je součástí výstavby tří bytových domů C,D a E, na které bylo vydáno stavební povolení. Bytový dům D s 11-ti byty o velikosti 2+kk až 3+kk je obdélníkového půdorysu o jednom podzemním a třemi nadzemními podlažími se sedlovou střechou.

The considered three collapsed balconies are located on the west facade of the apartment building of the apartment house D. D is a part of the construction of three apartment buildings C,D and E, which were given a building permit. The apartment D, with eleven flats (2rooms + a kitchenette inside or 3 rooms + a kitchenette inside), has a rectangular ground plan with one basement and three floors with a gable roof.
