A particular attention is paid to the analytic tool Stakeholder Circle and the Stakeholder Circle methodology. The Stakeholder Circle is a special tool which was designed for analysing and mapping of stakeholder community. Recently stakeholder management has become an important tool for management support with the aim of achievement of strategic objectives. The importance of internal and external (macro and micro) environment and stakeholders has been still growing. As a result of this phenomenon the stakeholder management represents a very important tool for managing firms. Analysing and mapping of stakeholders is fundamental element of effective marketing communication. The Stakeholder Circle is not only a mapping technique and soft ware tool for stakeholders analysis intended for representation of data gathered about stakeholders. ER -
