Abstract

V originále

The concept of Public Private Partnership (PPP) represents one of many forms of cooperation between the public and the private sectors. It includes projects, in which both the public and the private sectors participate together, and which tend to meet the needs traditionally provided by the public sector. PPP generally represents such forms of co-operation between the public and the private sectors the main aim of which is to provide funding, building-up, renovation, administration or maintenance of public infrastructure or providing public services. Public Private Partnership offers a great opportunity to finance public projects in co-operation with the private sector. We can find the use of PPP in many spheres of socio-economic life. The concept of PPP is often utilized in the case of capital-intensive projects, but PPP is also important for smaller projects and for similar spheres, where its importance has been missed till now. One of these is the sphere of tourism. The concept of Public Private Partnership (PPP) represents one of many forms of cooperation between the public and the private sectors.
