The article deals with the relation among culture, communication and languages in current globalized society. The meaning of intercultural communication and its uce in practice is explained in relation with foreign language teaching. The research realized at the Institute of Technology and Business explores language teaching in connection with role of gender. There are described methods of the research, final outputs, hypotheses and results in conclution. The research is elaborated and demonstrated in schemes.
