The aim is to expalin terms of space solution rural constructin and their typology and obtain knowledge of basic requirements of rural building constructions for housing and agricultural.

Test – final 50 %
Seminary Work 50 %
Exam conditions
Seminar Work: maximum 30% (0-50 points). Final Test: maximum 70% (0-50 points). Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points. Possibility to repeat the test: 69,99 – 30, not fulfilled 29,99 – 0. Detailed conditions for obtaining a point evaluation, including partial submission deadlines, will be specified in the first teaching week by the teacher.

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester. The participation of students of the combined form is mandatory for more than 50% of the lessons.
