- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the course is for the student to understand the benefits of ethical management and socially responsible business for increasing the value of the company. Accordingly, the student is able to apply the principles of CSR and ethical management to everyday business activities and processes on the basis of theoretical knowledge as well as knowledge of best practice and international reporting standards.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon successful completion of the course, the student:
- understands the principles of social responsibility in all areas of the company,
- can apply the principles of economic, social, environmental ethical and philanthropic responsibility in business processes,
- recognizes the benefits of ethical management and CSR and for increasing the value of the company,
- knows the best practices for the application of CSR and ethical management in business practice, including the methods of reporting and evaluating CSR,
- masters the principles of creation and implementation of the code of ethics and other tools of ethical management. - Syllabus

- Partial tasks 30 % Final test: 70 %. Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0. In case of FX the final test can be repeated.

General note: Erasmus. - Teacher's information
- Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except for the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % of lessons on the subject in a semester.
Students with an individual study plan will take only a 100-point final test in the exam period. However, students are obliged to contact the teacher immediately after the approval of the individual study plan (ISP), if the student does not do so, his ISP will not be taken into account. (In case of any questions, they can contact the subject guarantor via email: caha@mail.vstecb.cz).
