- The course is also offered to the students of the fields other than those the course is directly associated with.
- fields of study / plans the course is directly associated with
- Construction of Buildings (programme VŠTE, ST)
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- The aim of the subject is an acquisition of bases of Mongev´s projection, oblique projection, rectangular axonometric and dimensioned projection. These bases will be used in professional construction subjects. Next, areas of structural technical practice - roofs, topographic surfaces, linear surfaces.
- Learning outcomes
- Afer the successful completion of the subject, the student is be able to display solids in different kinds of projection. He/she will be able to solve roofs with free gutters or built-up parts and display linear surfaces - developed and warped.
- Syllabus
- 1. Projections of points in Monge´s projection, oblique projection and rectangular axonometric, determination of these points in relation to projections. 2. Projections of lines and line segments in Monge´s projection, oblique projection and rectangular axonometric, determination of their position in relation to the projections, piercing points of lines, the real size of the line in Monge´s projection 3. Definition of the plane and the plane trace in Monge´s projection, oblique projection and rectangular axonometric, definition of their position in relation to projections, mutual position of planes, intersection of the planes. 4. Intersection of a line with a plane in Monge´s projection, oblique projection and rectangular axonometric, perpendicular to the plane and distance of the point from the plane in Monge´s projection. 5. Division of conics, ellipse - definition, point construction, osculating circle, tangent, banner construction, parabola - definition, point construction, osculating circle, tangent, hyperbola - definition, point construction, osculating circle, tangent, asymptotes 6. Projections of planar shapes in Monte´s projection. 7. Projections of planar shapes lying in some of projection planes and projections of simple solids at the base in rectangular axonometric 8. Division of surfaces, rotating surfaces and their tangent plane in Monge´s projection. Developable and undevelopable ruled surfaces 9. Hyperbolic paraboloid and one-piece hyperboloid, screw area and conoid. 10. Bases of dimensioned projection. 11. Topography, contour plan, intercalary contour, curve on topographic surface, solution of excavations and embankments - horizontal, straight rising and curved communication. 12. Theoretical solution of roofs with gutters 13. Theoretical solution of roofs with built-up parts.
