Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Students will practice theoretical knowledge of financial courses such as financial analysis, SWOT analysis, analysis of the production process incl. practical application of analytical outputs in managerial decision-making. The graduate will understand the financial and material flows in the company, try to evaluate investment alternatives, understand its strategic and tactical decision-making and learn to optimize the property and capital structure of the enterprise. The key is not the individual areas mentioned separately, but their comprehensive evaluation, including mutual synergistic links so that the student can perform all managerial activities in a small and medium-sized enterprise.
Learning outcomes
Graduates of the course::
1. manages the financial and material flows in the enterprise
2. evaluates investment alternatives in terms of their financial impact
3. understands strategic and tactical financial decision-making
4. optimizes the ownership and capital structure of the enterprise
5. identifies the risk and suggests ways to eliminate it

  • 6. Running the 15th to 21st period of the simulation game, optimization of business processes, and the ongoing creation of the essay
  • 7. Running the 22nd to 28th period of the simulation game, optimization of business processes, and the ongoing creation of the essay
  • 8. Running the 29th to 35th period of the simulation game, optimization of business processes, and the ongoing creation of the essay
