- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
- Students will learn the basic problems of FEM analysis Autodesk Inventor. The student gains the benefit calculation modules for calculation and control, but also for the optimization of structural elements.
- Learning outcomes
- Passing the subject means that the student is able to:
- of calculation of shaft andgears using a Generator of components
- to provide a modal analysis of a specific structure
- to provide a simulation and calculations of structural loads using the stress analysis
- to provide a dynamic simulation of specific joints - Syllabus
- Topics:
- 1. Calculation of shaft using a generator shaft components - creation of shafts, input load calculation, graphs, results processing
- 2. Calculation of gears for using a generator components - front, worm and bevel gears - design, calculation, component insertion
- 3 . Calculation gears for using a generator components - correction, modification gripping properties, the interpretation of the results, graphs
- 4. Bearings - enter burdensome conditions, calculation, paste
- 5. Calculation with the help of a generator - Belts - design calculations
- 6. Modules to calculate - Pera , cams
- 7. Screw connection - setting parameters for calculating, calculating fatigue
- 8. Frame Analysis - design, calculation, basic recommendations
- 9. Modal Analysis - resonant states structure, mode shapes structures
- 10. Strength analysis - simulation and calculation of structural loads, The choice of material, network, location, loads and constraints
- 11. Stress Analysis - interpretation and results processing, animation, probes
- 12. Dynamic simulation - setting assignment, dynamic movement joints
- 13. Dynamic simulation - interpretation and processing of the results, window graphics, publishing, Play simulation

- Grading of the course:
First Test: maximum 30% (0-30 points)
Final Test: maximum 70% (0-70 points)
Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points.

- Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
