Completing this subject students get the basic theoretic knowledge of common management, about business and intradepartmental controlling, character and contents of managerial functions, of the position and profile of a manager, managerial work styles, organizational structures of business and their projection principles .
Syllabus
  • - Business management:contents, phases, beares, functions - position, profile and the personality of the manager - basic evolutionary directions in management - scheduling, plans sorting , planning cathegories - firm-business position and its portfolio - elements and bindings in organizational structure, factors limitating a company organisation - business organizational structure - company environment - personalistic business - leading of people,workers´ motivation and stimulation - communication and ethics - managerial decision-making - business verification, audit activity
