Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to acquire knowledge of the initial stages of the life cycle of construction works, construction project planning, preparation, design, permitting and construction optimization procedure for the authorization of construction. The student after completing the course knows complete an application for planning information, planning the location of the building, a building permit, s/he can provide for himself/herself or a third person authorized building permit according to the Building Act, s/he can check the accuracy of a contract for the manufacture or fabrication of construction project documentation , s/he can optimize the procedure for obtaining the necessary permits under the Building Act.

For successful completion of the course is to be achieved from ~ written test at least 70 points, it is 70%. It is necessary to write the final exam at least 70% of the 70 points. Up to 30 points can be obtained for the processing and timely essay submission. The maximum score on both parts is 100 For successful completion of the course must be a minimum of 70 points, or 70%. Grading scale for the final exam - completed 70 to 49 points, and failed can be repeated 48 to 21 points, has not and can not repeat 20-0 points.

B - 91-97 points

C - 80-90 points

D - 73-79 points

E - 70-72 points

Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is to acquire knowledge of the initial stages of the life cycle of construction works, construction project planning, preparation, design, permitting and construction optimization procedure for the authorization of construction. The student after completing the course knows complete an application for planning information, planning the location of the building, a building permit, s/he can provide for himself/herself or a third person authorized building permit according to the Building Act, s/he can check the accuracy of a contract for the manufacture or fabrication of construction project documentation , s/he can optimize the procedure for obtaining the necessary permits under the Building Act.
