Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim is processing the project for a building permit, coordination of the various specialized construction professions and management of project completion. The student will know the principles of processing building permits for the project and s/he is able to complete the project for a building permit conforming to the requirements of the investor and the applicable legislation.
Learning outcomes
The graduate knows the principles of the project for the building permit, can design this type of project to meet the requirements of the investor and valid legislation. He is able to complete the project.

Introduction to the Construction Law requirements for project documentation for building permits and other selected terms from the state report. 3.Typology of buildings and orientation, basics of project documentation. 4.Development of structural design and design-study module system. 5. Development of structural design - a study design. 6. Proccesing of construction plans, building cross-section of the staircase, typical views. 7.The processing of project documentation, wider relations situation, coordinating situation. (building plan) 8. The processing of project documentation, foundations, floor plans, cross sections, longitudinal. 9. The processing of project documentation-ceiling construction. 10. The processing of project documentation or roof truss. 11.The processing of project documentation - views. 12. Processing - accompanying Report, Summary Technical Report. 13.Processing of the Technical Report for architectural and engineering solutions. The aim is processing the project for a building permit, coordination of the various specialized construction professions and management of project completion. The student will know the principles of processing building permits for the project and s/he is able to complete the project for a building permit conforming to the requirements of the investor and the applicable legislation.

The student will know the principles of processing building permits for the project and s/he is able to complete the project for a building permit conforming to the requirements of the investor and the applicable legislation.

The aim is processing the project for a building permit, coordination of the various specialized construction professions and management of project completion. The student will know the principles of processing building permits for the project and s/he is able to complete the project for a building permit conforming to the requirements of the investor and the applicable legislation.

The aim is processing the project for a building permit, coordination of the various specialized construction professions and management of project completion. The student will know the principles of processing building permits for the project and s/he is able to complete the project for a building permit conforming to the requirements of the investor and the applicable legislation.

1.Zpracování dokumentace v následujícím rozsahu: Kontrola rozpracovanosti výkresů : S1 Studie konstrukcí, S 2, S3 Půdorysy, S4 Příčný řez schodištěm, S5 Typické pohledy, - situace širších vztahů , - situace koordinační (zastavovací plán), - základů, - půdorysů , - stropní konstrukce, - řezy příčné, podélné, - krovu nebo střechy, - pohledy. Výkresy a studie předložit hotové do 11. týdne. Odevzdání zadané práce (projektu)v termínu - max.14. týden výuky - Práce budou vypracovány na předepsané grafické úrovni. 2. Povinná účast na cvičeních. Možné 3 absence bez omluvy. Podrobněji viz. nástěnka cvičení.

The aim is processing the project for a building permit, coordination of the various specialized construction professions and management of project completion. The student will know the principles of processing building permits for the project and s/he is able to complete the project for a building permit conforming to the requirements of the investor and the applicable legislation.
Learning outcomes
The graduate knows the principles of the project for the building permit, can design this type of project to meet the requirements of the investor and valid legislation. He is able to complete the project.
