Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Gain the ability to complete the architectural project of the building, which will satisfy the aesthetic, functional and technical requirements of the building. To learn the necessary skills of architectural and structural design and design of technical equipment of buildings. Prepare complete documentation for the construction, design the composition of floors and packaging structures of the building based on standard thermal and acoustic requirements, correctly design the composition of waterproofing and thermal insulation and compile a list of all necessary products for construction, including their specifications. Based on knowledge of structural physics, structural mechanics and technology, he can design the details.

After completing the course, the student is able to:
- to complete the chosen architectural solution;
- design design and technical solutions;
- prepare project documentation according to valid regulations.

  • 1. Excavations, foundations, floor plans, structures of structures - addition to the level of documentation for the construction.
  • 2. Transverse, longitudinal sections - addition to the level of documentation for the construction.
  • 3. Ceiling construction - addition to the level of documentation for the construction.
  • 4. Truss and roof - addition to the level of documentation for the construction.
  • 5. Views - addition of drawings to the level of documentation for the construction.
  • 6. Tables of joinery, locksmith and plumbing products.
  • 7. Processing of project documentation - details, assessment of selected details in terms of thermal engineering and acoustics.
  • 8. Elaboration of specialized parts of the project (HVAC, design solutions, fire safety).
  • 9. Accompanying report, summary technical report, situation - addition to the level of documentation for the construction.
  • 10. Technical report for architectural and construction technical solution - addition to the level of implementation documentation.

The aim of the course is to develop a project for a building permit, processing and coordination of individual specialized construction professions and mastering the completion of the project. The graduate a) is able to design the layout and construction system of the assigned object b) is able to orient in the building law and zoning plans c) is able to apply building standards, building code requirements and applicable legislation to the project for a building permit.

After completing the course, the student is able to: - to complete the chosen architectural solution; - design design and technical solutions; - prepare project documentation according to valid regulations.

  • 1. Assignment of the object, basics of drawing project documentation. 2. Familiarization with the requirements of the Building Act on project documentation for building permits and other selected terms from the state administration, typology of buildings and orientation to the world. 3. Elaboration of a building design - study of a structural and modular system. 4. Elaboration of a building design - study of structures. 5. Elaboration of the building design with floor plans, cross-section of the building with a staircase, typical views. 6. Elaboration of project documentation - situation of wider relations, coordination situation, delineation situation. 7. Processing of project documentation - foundations, floor plans, cross sections, longitudinal. 8. Processing of project documentation - ceiling structures 9. The project will be developed at the prescribed graphic level, completed and submitted in the form of a brochure in A3 format (alternatively in plates with laces). Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Gain the ability to complete the architectural project of the building, which will satisfy the aesthetic, functional and technical requirements of the building. To learn the necessary skills of architectural and structural design and design of technical equipment of buildings. Prepare complete documentation for the construction, design the composition of floors and packaging structures of the building based on standard thermal and acoustic requirements, correctly design the composition of waterproofing and thermal insulation and compile a list of all necessary products for construction, including their specifications. Based on knowledge of structural physics, structural mechanics and technology, he can design the details.
