Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The subject deals with the basics of differential calculus of function of two variables and the basics of integral calculus. Students will learn some methods of integration as are „per-partes“,the method of substitution, integration of rational function and methods of special substitution. Furthermore, they will learn to apply the theory of definite integral and its applications in the geometry.
Syllabus
  • Real function of two variables. Partial derivative of first and second order. Extremes of function of two variables. Indefinite integral. Methods of integration: „per-partes“, method of substitution. Integration of rational function. Special substitution. Definite integral and its application in geometry
