Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Principles of design and implementation of prefabricated structures of buildings, with particular emphasis on reinforced concrete structures. Building systems of prefabricated residential, civil and industrial structures. Methodology of survey of prefabricated structures and evaluation of their condition; construction of prefabricated buildings - establishment of new openings in walls and ceilings, strengthening of joints, increasing the load-bearing capacity of foundations, establishment of roof superstructures and extensions. Analysis of the issue of joints of prefabricated structures, principles of compiling computational models. Principles of partial or complete demolition of prefabricated buildings. Problems of demountable and demountable structures, use of screw joints in prefabricated construction.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student is able to: - independently design prefabricated structures of buildings. - Analyze and problem constructions.
