LLL plan description
- Presentation of the LLL plan (learning objectives)The aim of the course is to expand students' knowledge from level A1 to level A2 by enhancing their vocabulary and grammar rules corresponding to the required exit level. Graduates are able to communicate in all areas of everyday life that directly concern them. A course graduate can understand common expressions from various aspects of daily life, use these expressions in everyday conversation, and can request and provide basic information over the phone, in writing, and in conversation with a native speaker with their assistance, provided that the communication occurs slowly and clearly.
- Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
· Manages communication in everyday situations requiring a simple exchange of information (work, leisure);
· Can engage in brief social conversations;
· Is able to provide a simple oral or written description or characterization of themselves, their living or working conditions, daily routines, or preferences;
· Can recognize the main ideas in news related to current events and understands simple technical information (instructions for performing their job);
· Understands short personal emails and is able to write them;
· Can find specific information in common texts encountered in daily life (timetables, menus, advertisements, etc.).
- Admission conditionsParticipation in the course has no specific educational requirements. The entry prerequisite for the course is the completion of the course: Czech Language for Foreigners – Basic Course, or a placement test corresponding to the exit examination from M1. Additionally, basic user knowledge of working with a PC is expected.
- Course of education
The course is taught in a face-to-face format. The language of instruction is Czech.

- Direct instruction
- Group work – cooperation
- Independent work – individual or personalized activities
- Instruction supported by multimedia technologies
Attendance in the course must be at least 80%.
- Conditions of graduation
After completing the course, the participant will take a written and oral examination.
- Written Part: Creating an email for the supervisor
- Oral Part:
a) Personal interview
b) An interview verifying the handling of specific model situations
A minimum success rate of 60% is required for successful completion of the course (for both oral and written exams).
