In accordance with § 50, Paragraph 2, Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended, and in accordance with Rector's Directive No. 32/2024 on the announcement of the admissions procedure for Master study programmes for the academic year 2025/2026 taught in the English language

for the accredited Master study programme Logistics (N1041P040004), study field Logistics, in full-time form, which is run by the Institute of Xechnology and Business in České Budějovice..
Justification
I am not. accepting you to study due to non-fulfillment of the conditions for admission to study established by Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on universities and on the amendment and addition of other laws (the Act. on Universities), as amended and in accordance with the Rector's Measure no. 32/2024, consisting in failure to meet the conditions of the entrance exam.
Instruction
You can object to this decision in accordance with § 50 paragraphs 6 and 7 of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on universities and on amendments and additions to other laws (the Act on Universities), as amended and in accordance with Article 6 Annex No. 1 of the Statute of the Institute of Xechnology and Business in České Budějovice, within 30 days from the date of delivery, submit an appeal to the rector.
