Decision on tuition fee
In accordance with Section 58, Article 4 of the Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), as amended, and in accordance with Article 10, Attachment No. 2 on the Statute of the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice
TUition fee is assessed
to the student Mariya George, born 10. 2. 1997, residing at Puthenveedu house,Erumely p o,Kottayam, 686509, Kottayam, Korala, India, India for study at the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice in Master's (following Bachelor's) degree programme Business Administration plan Business Administration at Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice, taught in the English language in the amount of 35,000 CZK (1,395 euro).
Justification
The fee in the amount of 35,000 CZK (1,395 euro) is assessedin accordance with Article 10, Attachment No. 2 on the Statute of the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice and in accordance with Section 58, Article 5 of the Act No. 111/1998 Coll. of the Higher Education Act. The tuition fee is valid for the period from 24/2/2024 to 13/9/2025. The student is required to pay the above stated amount no later than 30 days from the delivery of this Decision by one-off payment at the reception of the Institute of Technology and Business. The student can also pay by a credit card or transfer money directly to our bank account with the choice of using a Euro account or a Czech Koruna account. Details for the payment are listed below. Guidance
The student has the right, pursuant to Section 68(4) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions, as amended, and pursuant to Section 83(1) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, as amended, to file an appeal against this decision within 15 days from the date of its notification. The appeal must be addressed to the Rector of the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice and submitted to the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice, located at Okružní 517/10, 370 01 České Budějovice.
