1. Welcome by Mr Peter Marton, Chairman of the IEP
2. Information about additional documents received from Mrs Katerina Nygrynova, secretary of the
IEP. These documents contain reaction to some parts of evaluation of Module 4 and 5 and of
evaluation of Module 3 of the Faculty of Corporate Strategy. The IEP didn’t receive any other
reactions concerning other parts of evaluation
3. Discussion about modifications of the evaluation proposed by the chairman Mr Peter Marton
4. Voting about the modifications of the evaluation report
5. Closing of the meeting by the chairman, Mr Peter Marton
Participants:
The IEP has 11 members with right to vote. 10 participated in the online meeting. The printscreen
from the Microsoft Teams platform is in the attachment of this document. This is a list of participants:

One member of the IEP with the right to vote did not participate – Karol Velisek. This member
informed about technical issues and impossible connection before by SMS.
One member without right to vote participated – Michal Vavra.
One member without right to vote did not participate – Katerina Nygrynova.
The statement of the IEP, prepared as the reaction to the documents received from the ITB on
December 13, 2020, is in the separate document.
The evaluation was modified in a few cases. A few comments from the ITB were not considered. The
separate document with the statement of the IEP prepared on January 12, 2021, and the final version
of the evaluation, was approved by 10 members of the IEP. The recording was made from the voting.
This recording is stored by the chairman Mr Peter Marton.
