Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Students will learn to work with the output data of controlling and other support activities, they fully understand the importance of data and are able to transform them into bases for decisions. Graduates of the course will understand the financial statements of relationships in the company in relation to its surroundings. They understand the basics of its equity, capital structure. Graduates in detail know and can manage cash holding, supplies (material, semi-finished goods, products, goods etc.) and claims.

Is able to work with the controlling and other supporting activities output data; Is able to reshape data into material for decision-making; Understands financial expression of relations in a company in relation to its surroundings; Understands the basics of company asset and capital structure; Is able to manage and optimize cash of the company; Is able to manage company stock; Is able to manage company receivables; Understands the relation of risk and yields; Understands the role of financial manager in the organization; Understands receivables management by means of external entities; Understands the link of controlling and company finance to primary and secondary business functions; Is able to process effectively data from financial statements; Is fully aware of the importance of data;
