Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The course provides students with lectures and exercises, the theoretical foundations of machining processes, machining technology, design and calculation of machine tools.   In the second part of the course is to provide students with basic technology of CNC machining, construction of selected parts of CNC machine tools and centers and the basics of programming CNC machines.   In the course of the semester, students will be able to virtually try cutting in workshops on various types of machine tools. The subject "Technology of machine and CNC machining" will continue on a part machining (chip formation theory, the basic distribution methods, technological conditions reached parameters, machine tools, automation) in   subject Engineering Technology I.
Learning outcomes
The student is familiar with the issue of conventional chip machining, which is a prerequisite for mastering CNC machine machining. He is able to design the production technology as well as to assemble the complete technological procedures with the creation of control programs for individual machines.
