Students will be acquainted with the Building Act, the Administrative Code and selected decrees in the construction industry.

  • 1. Introduction to study, general overview and structure of Czech legislation 2. History of building law in the Czech Republic 3. Administrative Code I. 4. Administrative Code II. 5. Building Act I. - content, structure, terminology, performance of public administration 6. Building Act II. - land-use planning - ÚPP, PÚR, ÚPD 7. Building Act III. - zoning decision, zoning agreement, public contract 8. Building Act IV. - building regulations - building permits 9. Building Act V. - building code - acceptance, additional permitting, removal of construction 10. Building Act VI. - Authorized inspector, duties and responsibilities of persons, sanctions 11. Teacher's information
Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester. For students of the combined form, more than 50% participation in block classes is mandatory.

The student will independently supplement the information provided by the teacher in class during his absence (he will not request it individually from the teacher).
