Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
The aim of the course is for students to understand the key role of education in organizations and know the prerequisites for successful education of employees. The main topics therefore include the analysis of the company's training needs, training planning, defining training goals, types of training courses, content, forms and methods of training, organization of training courses, motivation of employees for training and evaluation of training outputs.

Upon successful completion of the course, the student:

Exam conditions
Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points under the following conditions: Mid-term grading: maximum 30% (0-30 points). Final grading: maximum 70% (0-70 points). Classification: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 – 0.

Teacher's information
The students of the full-time form of study are obliged to fulfill the 70% attendance at the seminars. If the attendance is not met, the students will be automatically classified with the grade "-". Students with an individual study plan will take only a 100-point final test in the exam period. However, students are obliged to contact the teacher immediately after the approval of the individual study plan (ISP), if the student does not do so, his ISP will not be taken into account. (In case of any questions, the student can contact the teacher via email: klementova@mail.vstecb.cz).
