Course objectives supported by learning outcomes

Students will acquire basic theoretical knowledge from the field of quality management. As future employees of companies students will be familiarized with procedures of quality ensurance, which they will use in their future professional activity. Graduates of the subject: - are able to describe and explain methods of quality ensurance - are able to compile a histogram and proceeding diagram - perform Paret´s analysis

Learning outcomes

Student will be able to:
- use total quality management tools;
- understand the links between quality management methods;
- understand the ISO 9000 certificates;
- propose changes to the company to apply quality management methods;

It is necessary to pass the finaltest with at least 70 points (70%) -valuated E. A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.

In real-time planned by the timetable of the subject, the teacher will lecture/practice and consult through MS Teams. Picture and sound will always be transmitted. Other study materials will be stored in the "Learning Materials" folder of the course in the IS. Applies to teaching full-time and part-time students.

Attendance in lessons is defined in a separate internal standard of ITB (Evidence of attendance of students at ITB). It is compulsory, except of the lectures, for full-time students to attend 70 % lesson of the subjet in a semester.
