Course objectives supported by learning outcomes
Students will acquire knowledge of the initial stages of the life cycle of construction works, construction project planning, preparation, design, permitting and construction optimization procedure for the authorization of construction.
Learning outcomes
Student is able to independently prepare and manage construction processes after completing the course. He will be able to lead the construction of constructions for both the investor and the contractor. It will have the ability to decide independently on technology choices. It will be able to economically design and build site facilities within the framework of building preparation. It is also used as building manager.

Grading of the course: Seminar tasks: maximum 30% (0-30 points), Final Test: maximum 70% (0-70 points). Successful graduates of the course have to get totally at least 70 points: A 100 – 90, B 89,99 – 84, C 83,99 – 77, D 76,99 – 73, E 72,99 – 70, FX 69,99 – 30, F 29,99 - 0.
